L’Italia è in guerra. Si tratta di un processo quotidianamente normalizzato a partire dalla narrazione del ceto politico espressione della classe dominante. La guerra ha almeno due fronti. Il fronte esterno, caratterizzato da processi neocoloniali, apartheid, genocidio, e il fronte interno, che vede la distruzione dello stato sociale, la strage quotidiana sui posti di lavoro oltre che la repressione di lavoratrici, lavoratori, studentesse, studenti e movimenti di lotta. Le mobilitazioni di questo autunno, però, sono state un segnale forte del rifiuto esplicito da parte di centinaia di migliaia tra lavoratori e studenti della barbarie di questo sistema che in Palestina ha preso la forma del genocidio. Quando abbiamo praticato il “blocchiamo tutto” lanciato dai portuali di Genova già sapevamo che la storia non si cambia in un giorno, che i rapporti di forza non si cambiano con uno sciopero, che la repressione non si disarticola in una stagione. Sapevamo però che quella pratica era fondamentale per dare un segnale di rottura e di insubordinazione alla legge della guerra. Sapevamo che si sarebbero poi resi ancora più aggressivi e violenti e lo vediamo ogni giorno sui social, nei salotti televisivi, nelle colonne dei giornali, con le circolari ministeriali. Sapevamo che sarebbero venuti a bussare alle nostre porte. Sta accadendo sul piano nazionale con l’inchiesta che ha portato agli arresti di 9 palestinesi oppure con le multe della Commissione di Garanzia alle organizzazioni sindacali che hanno indetto gli scioperi. Sta accadendo anche sul piano locale, nella nostra città come in tante altre. Lo Stato sta mettendo alla prova proprio quei rapporti di forza, non perché la mobilitazione sia calata, ma proprio per la forza che ha dimostrato, affinché niente di tutto ciò possa avere seguito.
